Service – Being proactive prior to year ends and deadlines, having a personal touch with clients to build long lasting trusting relationships. Being friendly and approachable for those ‘little questions’.
Communication – Far too often I have come across clients with accountants who fail/cannot communicate effectively to their audience, which leads to clients feeling confused, disorientated and misunderstood.
